📌 Important Reminder About Our Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we do our best to be fair and accommodating. That’s why our cancellation policy is clearly outlined at the time of booking and in your confirmation email:
• 30 days or more before your arrival: Full refund minus the non-refundable reservation fee
• 14 to 30 days: Credit toward a future stay at the campground
• Less than 14 days: Unfortunately, no refund or credit is available
As a small, seasonal business, we rely on reservations to plan accordingly. Many of our weekends are fully booked, and when cancellations come in last minute, it’s often too late to fill the spot—even if we’ve already turned other guests away.
We can’t control the weather, and we understand that emergencies happen. If you experience an extenuating circumstance, please reach out—we’re always willing to listen and work with you when we can. But we kindly ask that guests respect the policies we’ve put in place, as they are necessary for us to continue providing a great experience for all campers.
Please understand that pressuring our staff, threatening bad reviews, or demanding exceptions puts everyone in a difficult position and takes away from the hospitality we strive to provide.
It’s unfortunate we even have to make this post. Thank you for your understanding, and for helping us keep the campground experience great for everyone. We appreciate you all.
